Prague Airport operates two terminals. Terminal 1 is designated for departures to countries outside the Schengen Area, while Terminal 2 handles departures to the Schengen Area member states. Transfer between them is effortless (there’s no shuttle bus between terminals).
Transfer Between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2

The handling procedure in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 only varies depending on the location of the security check. In Terminal 1, the security check takes place in front of each gate, while in Terminal 2, there is one central security control located right behind the passport control. The walking distance between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 is approximately 8 to 10 minutes (there’s no shuttle bus between terminals).
