Items Lost On Board Or Undelivered Luggage

Items lost on board or undelivered luggage are handled exclusively by the carrier and its agent. To claim lost or forgotten property from flights, please contact the handling agent of your airline. The counters of all three handling companies are located in the baggage claim area in both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.

  • When you visit the claims desk for damaged or missing baggage, a report will be filled out with you. This report gives you a reference number and contact details so you can follow up.
  • Usually, any missing baggage will be sent on the next available flight and delivered to the address you provide. The delivery method depends on your airline’s policies.
  • If you need to make an additional claim, please contact your airline directly within 7 days of your arrival.
