If you plan to hold your business meeting, congress or conference directly at Prague Airport, you can rent the newly-refurbished congress hall, strategically located in the non-restricted public area of Prague Airport – in the connecting building between Terminals 1 and 2. After passing security control, business halls/VIP lounges are located in the transit areas.
Conference Halls
With a seating capacity of up to 350, modern congress halls at the airport are suitable for holding conferences, social activities, training or business meetings. There is a possibility of renting congress counters, parking in VIP places in front of the building, and accommodation inside Terminal 2 or close to the Airport as part of the service. The hall is located on the first floor, in the adjoining area between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.

Business Halls (Transit Area Terminal 1)
With up-to-date areas, passengers can use the halls before departure or during transit. Facilities include computer terminals and refreshments with a large selection of beverages. Passengers in First Class and Diners Club International clients can use the hall free of charge.
Business Halls (Transit Area Terminal 2)
The halls are located on the third floor, near block C. The areas offer a pleasant and quiet environment, where you will find computer terminals and refreshments with a wide beverage choice. Showers are also available.
Mobile Counters
Prague Airport also offers mobile check-in and arrival desk rentals. Service is available at both Terminals (T1, T2).
